Recruiting and Retention Programs FTI Consulting is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion through three core recruiting programs: IMPACT, Women in Corporate Finance (WICF), and the Diverse Professionals Rotational Program (DPRP). IMPACT provides early identification opportunities for diverse talent interested in internships or careers in consulting, offering workshops, networking and professional development sessions. WICF provides early identification opportunities for women interested in careers in Corporate Finance. DPRP targets individuals from diverse backgrounds seeking to transition into consulting, aiming to nurture and retain top talent while providing hiring managers with diverse perspectives. Led by the talent, diversity, and inclusion team, these programs have demonstrated success in attendance, application, acceptance and retention rates, highlighting FTI Consulting's commitment to attracting and supporting diverse talent.
